Amapola Hat crochet pattern
Description
The pattern includes step-by-step instructions to create three versions of the Amapola Hat: Bucket Hat, Medium Brim Hat, and Wide Brim Hat.
It also features a supporting video tutorial covering the entire process, where I show you round by round how to make your hat. (The video is in Spanish, but you can easily enable captions or auto-translate into your language).
Size: Standard adult woman.
Construction: The hat starts at the crown with a magic ring, followed by increases until the required width is reached. Then, the body (height) is worked, and finally, you can choose which type of brim to make: Bucket, Medium, or Wide brim. The entire hat is worked in one single piece, seamless, and in the round.
Level: Basic-Intermediate
Yarn: 130, 150, 190 grams of Aran weight yarn. I used Algodón XL by Lanas Orquídea (125 meters per 100 grams. Composition: 50% cotton, 50% acrylic).
Materials: 5 mm crochet hook, stitch marker, scissors, measuring tape, and tapestry needle.
