For this design, I wanted to accentuate natural body shapes without sacrificing comfort or warmth. The result is a cardigan that beautifully blends weightlessness, sophistication, and a figure-flattering structure, making it the perfect wardrobe staple for any occasion.

Fit and Ease: Ranges from semi-relaxed to fitted depending on how you adjust the waist ties. Recommended positive ease: 7 to 12 cm (2.75 to 4.7 in).

Yarn Weight: Lace (Extra Fine) to Fingering (Fine).

Sample shown in: Violet and Beige samples were made using Alize Angora Gold (80% acrylic / 20% wool, 550 m per 100 g / 601 yds per 3.5 oz).

Estimated Yardage: Between 300 g (approx. 1650 m / 1804 yds) and 600 g (approx. 3300 m / 3608 yds) depending on the size.

Crochet Hooks: 4.5 mm (or size needed to obtain gauge) and 3.5 mm (or one size smaller than your main hook).

Gauge: 18 sts and 15 rows = 10 x 10 cm (4 x 4 in) after steam blocking, worked in Half Double Crochet (Hdc) using the 4.5 mm hook.
